Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana)

Description:

From a triangle pose, bringing right hand to the floor in front of the right foot while lifting left foot off the floor. after finding balance on the right foot reach the left arm up toward the ceiling

Benefits:

-strengthens the ankles and thighs

-stretches the hamstrings

-improves balance and core strength
